Quotes, inquiries, and pricing
When you request a quote or contact us about a machine:
- Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote (or, if none is stated, a reasonable period we specify)
- Pricing may depend on inspection results, rigging, freight, taxes, export requirements, and payment method
- A quote does not reserve equipment unless we expressly agree in writing
- We may require a deposit to hold equipment or begin preparation for shipment
Verbal estimates, email discussions, and website prices are subject to final written confirmation before a sale is binding.
Orders and acceptance
A sale is formed only when we accept your order in writing (including email confirmation, invoice, or signed agreement) and, where required, receive any agreed deposit or payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including but not limited to:
- Equipment no longer available
- Pricing or listing errors
- Inability to verify buyer identity or payment
- Export, compliance, or credit concerns
- Suspected fraud or abuse
If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled item according to our refund practices, except where non-refundable costs (such as third-party rigging or freight booked on your behalf) have been clearly disclosed and agreed.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment methods and terms (wire transfer, check, credit card, financing, etc.) will be specified on your invoice or sales documents
- Title and risk of loss generally do not pass to you until we receive full cleared payment and any required signed documents, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed
- You are responsible for bank fees, wire charges, and currency conversion costs unless we state otherwise
- Late payment may result in cancellation of the order, storage fees, or exercise of our rights under applicable law
If you use online checkout through our WooCommerce store, additional payment processor terms may apply.
Shipping, delivery, and logistics
Used CNC machinery often requires specialized rigging, crating, and freight. Unless your written agreement states otherwise:
- Shipping costs, insurance, permits, and delivery are typically the buyer’s responsibility or are quoted separately
- We can assist with coordinating carriers and logistics; carrier terms govern transport once goods are tendered to the carrier
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs, or site access at your facility
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery location details, dock access, lift capacity, and receiving personnel

Inspection, acceptance, and used equipment condition
Our business focuses on used, pre-owned industrial equipment:
- Machines are sold in as-is, where-is condition unless we provide a written warranty or guarantee for specific items
- You are encouraged to inspect equipment before purchase or authorize a third-party inspection where practical
- Any representation we make about condition, hours, or functionality is limited to what is expressly stated in writing on the sales document
- Normal wear, cosmetic flaws, missing manuals, outdated controls, and need for maintenance on used machinery should be expected
Upon delivery, you should inspect shipment promptly for visible transit damage and notify us and the carrier according to the carrier’s claims procedures. Claims for concealed damage may be subject to carrier rules and time limits.
Warranties disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, except for any specific written warranty we issue for a particular machine, all equipment and services are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that equipment will meet your production requirements, pass your internal quality standards, or comply with all local codes without modification. Manufacturer warranties on used equipment, if any remain, are typically limited or void; any transferable coverage is described only if confirmed in writing.
Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those states, our disclaimers apply to the maximum extent allowed.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Because we sell large, used, and often custom-shipped industrial assets:
- All sales are generally final once payment is received and equipment is released for shipment, unless we agree otherwise in writing
- Cancellation before shipment may be accepted at our discretion and may incur restocking, rigging, storage, or administrative fees disclosed at the time of order
- Returns after delivery are not accepted unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing
- Deposits may be non-refundable if we remove equipment from sale, incur costs, or decline to release the machine for reasons attributable to the buyer
Any refund will be processed using the original payment method where practicable, minus permitted deductions.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability arising out of or related to any order or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific equipment giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production downtime, replacement tooling, rigging redo, or business interruption
These limitations apply whether claims are based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USED CNC EQUIPMENT MAN LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of purchased equipment
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Injury or property damage at your facility related to installation, operation, or transport after delivery
- Misrepresentation of your authority to bind a company you represent
Intellectual property
All content on this website—including text, logos, images, graphics, layout, and software—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating purchases. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Product names, manufacturer names, and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, or carrier failures.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or a transaction with us shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
For a specific purchase, these Terms apply together with your written quote, invoice, bill of sale, or sales agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed or written sales document for that transaction, the written sales document controls for that transaction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
